Ingredients

- 180 gr pasta ditaloni stripes
- 350 gr beans
- 50 g fresh chopped tomatoes
- 6 spoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Half a stick of celery
- parsley
- 1 sage leaf
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- pepe

Preparation

Put to cook the beans in a liter and a half of salt water. The fresh beans cook about 40 minutes while the beans must be soaked in water the night before and can also bake two hours. Always check the cooking beans because the time depends on the quality of the beans. When the beans are almost cooked put in a pan tomato, onion, garlic, celery and parsley, all chopped, bay leaf and sage and olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then add the seasoning to the beans. Add the pasta and cook along with the beans. Serve seasoned with a little olive oil.
