Ingredients

- 400 grams of ground beef
- 150 grams of bread crumbs blended
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 20 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 red onions
- 1 fillet of anchovies
- 1 teaspoon of capers in salt
- 1/4 liter of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 20 grams of Gaeta olives
- 8 spoon of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of white vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Preparation

In a bowl, pour the meat, a pinch of salt, breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, milk and freshly ground pepper. Mix all ingredients well, form the meatballs and fry in hot oil, keep aside.
In a large skillet sauté the onion with thinly sliced ​​fillet of anchovies, capers, washed and chopped, cook for and pour the tomato sauce, salt and pepper, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and pour the vinegar and let it evaporate and add the pine nuts and olives.
Put the meatballs in the sauce and let them cook for 5 minutes on the stove over medium heat.
