CALABRIAN PATATOES

- 800 grams of potatoes
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 bay leaves

Vorbereitung

Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges or into pieces not too small, wash them and leave them for a little under running water. Drain the potatoes and pat dry.
In a very large frying pan heat the oil and bay leaves, salt, add the potatoes and stir so that the potatoes are all anointed with oil. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes moving them every so often so that they do not stick to the pan.
They should be golden and crisp.
